What is DBT?
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is an evidence-based therapy. This type of therapy is focused on building a life worth living and enhancing healthier ways to cope. There are four main skills taught in DBT.

4. Interpersonal Effectiveness.
For families there is an extra focus on Middle Path and Validation skills to enhance the family system.
